Is there any age restrictions in renting / driving our cars?
Clients must have a valid driver's license for at least a year, drivers must be at least 21 years old.
Can I reserve a car?
You will be required to pay upfront at least 20% of the invoice amount to guarantee the booking.

Do you require Security Deposit?
Yes, it differs on what car you wish to rent (5,000 AED - 25,000 AED)
Does the car have insurance?
Yes, all of our cars are Full Comprehensive Insured.
What should I do if I got involved in an accident?
If in case of accident, do not leave the scene of the accident. Contact the Dubai Police ( 999 ) immediately. If no one was hurt and vehicle damage is minor, drivers are recommended to move their vehicles to the side of the road to avoid blocking traffic. Otherwise, the vehicles should not be moved. Obtain the report from Police and submit it to Amenity Cars Dubai.
What is the earliest and latest time I can receive/return the vehicle?
Our team is ready 24 hours, however any request of changing of the time and location of the delivery or pick up should be notified to our Operations team 3-5 hours in advance
