Operations Coordinator
What you will do:- You will ensure that, close to home, people can always use an electric shared car.- You will schedule our service agents to make sure the cars are clean and charged.- You handle damage or technical problems that your colleagues encounter as quickly as possible.- You work together with three more Fleet Coordinators.- You keep an eye on the fleet and optimize processes to ensure the best possible availability. You will have a fun logistical and administrative role where you will ensure that the service agents can do as much as possible in one instead of three trips.
What do you bring:- Service is number one with you.- You are flexible and work in shifts- You speak English fluently- You have a relevant education in logistics or automotive and can handle programs such as MS Office- You are experienced in organizing your work and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is because you work in a structured way and can and dare to set priorities.- Of course you have a valid drivers license B- Finally, you are flexible 7 days a week and 38 hours (schedules are made and shared well in advance)
Service Agent
What will you do:
- Prepare cars for rental
- Checking and checking in cars coming in
- Pick up and deliver cars to location
- Handle any damages

Executive Manager Yield & Pricing
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:- You will set the yield & pricing strategy for our different products and marketing channels to optimize margin and maximize market potential.- In doing so, it’s essential to align demand with fleet availability and re-allocate fleet where needed in order to optimize utilization.- You will lead a small team of yield & pricing experts and you will be reporting directly into one of the managing directors.
Your Qualities:- Min. 5 years experience as a revenue manager, being responsible for setting pricing strategies.- Min. 3-5 years experience as a manager.- Strong analytical skills – Excel is your playground.- Strong leader with a commercial mind.- Excellent communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.- Hands-on and no 9-to-5 mentality.- In possession of a valid driver’s license.
Customer Service
What you will do:- Welcome all customers as they arrive on the lot - Ask about their experience with Amenity, recording feedback to improve future rental experience - Make sure customers have all personal belongings from the vehicle - Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report - Use proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas - Advise and review rental charges, providing an accurate receipt to the customer - Provide information regarding transportation to the airport terminal if applicable - Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers - Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location - Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow - Work in outdoor weather conditions including direct sunlight, rain, heat or cold - Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs
About you:- High school diploma or GED - Minimum 1-year customer service experience - Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft-Office applications - Ability to work 40 hours per week including day and/or evening hours - Likely to require at least 5-10% travel, some of which may be by airplane - Must be willing to wear company uniforms - Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future - Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus

IT Technician
We are looking for a qualified IT Technician that will install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. You will also “train” users of the systems to make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure. A successful IT Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks, and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:- Management of our IT and technical equipment including installation and maintenance of hardware and software in our headquarters and branches- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)- Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance and security in accordance with the company’s policies- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders- First point of contact for the central IT department for the deployment of IT projects and innovations- Management of supplier and service provider contracts (fixed and mobile telephony) and optimization of our costs

Network Admin
Do what you love:- You will be responsible for the support and further development of our Enterprise Station network infrastructure (Lancom and Cato Cloud-Security)- You take care of the support and further development of our highly available enterprise network infrastructure (Cisco, Fortinet, F5, Brocade)- You will have project responsibility for the implementation of new network and security solutions in the data center and in the global branch network- You are responsible for the analysis and elimination of network problems of different degrees of difficulty and complexity and support within the scope of 2nd level support- You are the contact person for service providers and specialist departments for network issues
